We are an animal sanctuary in Smiths Falls, Ontario.
We aim to provide a safe and loving permanent home to animals at risk.
Our FOUNDER
Hi! My name is Malgosia (Magosha).
It’s nice to meet you! Throughout my veterinary career, my main interests have always been animal ethics, welfare and rights. As such, I have always been very concerned about how we treat non-human animals in our society.

Located between Carleton Place
and Smiths Falls, our facility is located on a five acre plot of land that is currently being developed for the Sanctuary.
Donations made to The Kind Barn help us with the costs associated to provide care, shelter, food and medication attention to all our residents.
The Kind Barn is a registered Canadian Non-Profit Organization.
